Order Processing & Access to Digital Products

  • After completing a purchase, customers will receive instant access to our app.

Memberships

  • Clients will schedule their onboarding Health & Performance Assessment upon purchasing a membership.

  • Memberships include access to fitness coaching, workout plans, nutrition guidance, and accountability support through the app.

  • Memberships are billed bi-weekly or monthly and can be managed through your account settings.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

  • Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment fails, your access to our platform may be temporarily restricted until the issue is resolved.

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to update your payment method.
