Clients will schedule their onboarding Health & Performance Assessment upon purchasing a membership.
Memberships include access to fitness coaching, workout plans, nutrition guidance, and accountability support through the app.
Memberships are billed bi-weekly or monthly and can be managed through your account settings.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, your access to our platform may be temporarily restricted until the issue is resolved.
