I’ve been training with Noel consistently for 2 years. I began my journey with him when I turned 48 and my goal was to be fit at 50.  Noel is a coach, a confidante, and a wealth of fitness and nutrition knowledge. He absolutely helped me reach my goals by 50. He taught me that a fitness journey is not a sprint but a marathon and age is never a factor. I am literally in the best shape of my life and my commitment to my fitness goals has a lot to do with a trainer that keeps me coming back.

I have worked with Noel for over 2 years in his capacity as personal trainer.  In that time I have been amazed at his skill level and willingness to listen to me and adjust my training.  His knowledge of how the body works and is connected is on par with orthopedic people I have worked with.  He has been exceptionally motivating and held me to higher standards than I thought I was capable of.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Noel has been amazing! Joining his personal trainer classes has been transformational for me and he makes it so fun to work out with him. I’ve also done one on one personal training with him and he is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. In my opinion, he is one of the best ones in the Tampa area.

On late 2020, I decided to get back to the gym, but I need that little push so I decided to take a Boot Camp at my gym and that is when I get the chance to workout with Noel since he was my trainer. Noel is such great and fun trainer, make you work hard and it’s happy to see you grow and make your goal. I took Bootcamp for one year and I learned so much from Noel. If you need help to achieve your goal, Noel will be a great choice for you. Wonderful trainer and very respectful.

Noel is my third or fourth personal trainer I think I stopped counting. The difference with Noel is how comfortable I feel in my training, the dynamic went from just going to the gym and using the machines with no sense, extreme dieting with no results, to actually being on an exercise plan adapted to me. I am one of those who would rather be outdoors than cooped up in a gym, but noel has helped me to forget what is around me and just focus on my goal, I love our sessions. He makes training fun and encouraging. Noel is very motivating and professional, he brings out the best in me. No matter how many mornings I woke up with a sore body, I couldn’t have chosen a better personal trainer than him, now I am focused on improving my health and my body, sometimes we need that voice that tells you that you can do it.

During my workouts, Noel is very conscientious about working around my lower back injuries. He modifies each session as needed making each training session the best for what I need for my body. He also makes it easy for me to remember what I need to do to improve my strength and body. I highly recommend Noel as a personal trainer.

Noel Allen has been my personal trainer for about a year-and-a-half now. In that time, I have found my sessions with him to be an invaluable part of my workout regimen. Noel displays uncommon knowledge of his craft. He constantly develops varied exercise routines to help me achieve and often exceed my training goals, while at the same time always carefully listening to me concerning my physical limitations, and then successfully working the session around them. Furthermore, Noel has an extremely positive and encouraging manner which definitely helps me to push myself during our sessions. But the ultimate proof of a trainer’s prowess is in the results. In the past year-and-a-half, I have significantly increased my strength, stamina, and muscle mass, which is no mean feat for a 59-year-old! I attribute much of my success to Noel’s expert help.
